Our priority at Vacuum Wholesalers is to provide a pleasant buying experience, which includes a consumer friendly return policy. Once you have received your order, if for any reason you are unhappy, we offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Please Read:

  • Items being returned or exchanged within the first thirty days - The customer assumes the responsibility for all shipping costs in returning items to our store, as well as initial shipping & handling fees. These fees will be subtracted from the refunded amount for all returns.
  • Items damaged or defective within the first thirty days – Vacuum Wholesalers will assume the shipping costs for damaged or defective merchandise, unless stated differently on the website.

Merchandise is to be returned in new condition with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials. Please call us at (403)-243-8800 or toll free at 888-662-5727 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MT), to obtain a return material authorization number which will ensure quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box or on a separate label, not on the actual product packaging. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number with your return. Failure to obtain a return materials authorization number could delay your refund/exchange/credit. Refunds may take 10 - 14 business days for processing. After 30 days, returns will be evaluated on an individual basis and restocking and shipping fees will apply.

Missing or Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your order, any missing or damaged item(s) must be communicated to Vacuum Wholesalers by calling (403)-243-8800 or Toll Free 888-662-5727 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MT). Vacuum Wholesalers assumes responsibility to ship missing or damaged items when notified within 14 days.

Defective Items

All defective items must be communicated to Vacuum Wholesalers within 30 days by calling (403)-243-8800 or toll free 888-662-5727 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MT). After 30 days, it will be treated as a warranty, unless stated differently on the website Vacuum Wholesalers sells do-it-yourself products for the do-it-yourselfer. We offer unlimited tech support free of charge. However, Vacuum Wholesalers will not be responsible for any labor incurred for the installation or troubleshooting of this product. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced, but Vacuum Wholesalers cannot pay for in home repairs to the product.

Warranty & Repair Items

All items returned for warranty or repair must obtain a return materials authorization number by calling (403)-243-8800 or toll free 888-662-5727 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MT), unless stated differently on the website. We repair all products that we offer. We stand behind manufacturers' warranties on products that you purchase from us. Items should be sent to us freight prepaid. If under warranty, we will repair or replace at our discretion and ship back to you at no charge. If not under warranty, we will determine a repair estimate and contact you to obtain your approval. The repair cost and shipping fee will be charged to your credit card.
